Community Focus

StrataPlan is very conscious of the world we live in. We feel priveledged to be in a position to give back to the community both locally and globally. The family at StrataPlan are proud and continious sponsors of the charities listed below.

StrataPlan also appreciates that charity is more than financial support. Our business plan includes a vision to better equip the homeless community with marketable skills, employment and accommodation.

As you can imagine, these grand plans will require substantial funding and hence is an integral part of StrataPlan's vision.

World Vision Australia - Child Sponsorship 

Sponsoring a child helps to bring about long-term benefits to the child, their family and community. Contributions help to fund vital development work in the child's community, such as digging wells, improving sanitation and building health clinics.

This ensures that the community will be able to provide the children with the basics they need, which helps them to grow up in a healthy environment and have the chance for a better future.

The Learning for Life suite of programs offered by The Smith Family provides financially disadvantaged students with support through financial scholarships to assist with education expenses such as uniforms, books and excursions.

The suite also provides them with access to a network of support programs including Personal Support, which aims to improve students' cognitive and academic skills through mentoring, tutoring and coaching; Personal Development which aims to develop students' informal learning and socialisation, offering opportunities to participate in extra-curricular activities such as sports and the arts; and Literacy Skills Development, which aims to build comprehension as well as financial and technological literacy.

Child Fund Australia

ChildFund Australia is a child-focused, not-for-profit organisation that works directly with community leaders and families to create lasting and meaningful change. By empowering people to voice their needs and supporting them to address the issues that affect their daily lives.

ChildFund is actively supporting sustainable community development in many in-need regions across the globe. 

Mission Australia

Mission Australia believes all Australian children should experience a safe, healthy and happy childhood.

Some families find it difficult to provide a safe and nurturing environment in which children can thrive and have a solid foundation for success.

For young children and their families, we offer assistance so they have every opportunity to succeed. Firstly we seek to understand their situation, then we help them implement ways to overcome their more immediate challenges and build resilience for the future. In implementing these solutions, we work with the existing strengths of the children and their families.

We offer strategies for helping families and communities to both become stronger and be able to nurture and support their children. We provide a range of services along the continuum of care, in the form of prevention and early intervention, counselling, case management, and residential programs.

Our services give parents and children the individual support they need to assist the entire family back on their feet.
