We have also effectively mediated between owners in dispute and in most cases resolve issues without progressing to formal procedures or intensive involvement from your Executive Committee.

Our excellent working relationship with the insurer of your building, coupled with our efficient claims process, brings to you a seamless and worry-free experience in the event that you need to submit a claim.

Although our partnership with your Executive Committee is, by legislation, only focused on the common areas of your building, we aim to help in any way we can. We will even extend to you the use of our trades partners to resolve any issues relating to your apartment or unit. As long as you appreciate that your Owners Corporation can NOT fund your use of these services.
