Owners Corporation Manager - Victoria

• Package will be based on experience. 
• New developments at a rapid rate.

Due to high levels of growth, we now have an immediate requirement for an Owners Corporation Manager to join our team.

As an experienced Strata Manager, you will be managing your own portfolio, building relationships with clients and providing them with your thorough knowledge of the Owners Corporation Act.

To assist you, you will have access to an office assistant and leading technology. You will need to have at least 2 years experience in strata management.

Excellent communication, client service, problem solving and basic accounting skills are essential.

Your responsibilities will be focused on but not limited to:

• arranging routine day to day maintenance, repair and upkeep of the common property  
• keeping bank and other accounts for maintenance contributions
• paying accounts and outgoings to tradesmen and creditors
• maintaining the strata records
• organising and conduct strata meetings
• arranging insurance
